Breather are a hard, hard rocking pop band that take those glistening, stunning pop moments on many a Foo Fighters record, put it under the microscope and figure out what makes it tick and make it their own. But those of you who see the two words "Foo Fighters" and run away scared that a record like this is going to be too loud `n harsh for you, we encourage you to listen to the soundibites below and put this under your own micro-scope and see what you think. You`ll hear some Semisonic, Better Than Exra and Superdrag here and, for those familiar w/ This Perfect Day, Breather have a lot in common w/ that band with their layers of melodious guitars clashing against slow-building choruses. This thunderous pop band knows how to take edgy, gritty guitars and hard wire them to bouncy pop hooks all driven by power packed melody! Very Highly Recommended!!
