Solo album from Blue Cartoon guitarist, Jeff Tracy, "Moments In Time" is a 70s soft-rock gem that fans of, for example, America need to jump on but there`s elements of Blue Cartoon`s sound in here as you`ll hear a wonderful Beatles and Big Star passion on a few songs here. Fans of Blue Cartoon certainly will not be disappointed in the least but "Moments In Time" has much to recommend and we ask you give a bit of time to the soundbites below as they tell the story better than words. My personal favorite is the opener "Moments In Time" that has received about five listens this past week and the America/Jeff Larson/Little River Band-esque "New Blue You", a 70s soft-pop gem if there ever was one.
