Utilizing `woo-hoo-hoo` choruses, snappy melodies, a modest amount of heavenly hooks, The Slowtime Mondays play a classic guitar driven power pop sound that reminds us of fave bands here at Not Lame like Sloan, Material Issue, John Faye Powertrip, some of The Shazam, Oasis, The American Professionals and Superdrag. "Signified" also displays the band`s ability to write powerful rock songs with infectious choruses. "NBT" sounds like a combination of Jane`s Addiction and The Shazam, perfect! The guitar-driven verses drag you along before the melodically rich, hook-laden chorus slips right under your feet and rips the ground from underneath you. "Destination: Home" is a classic Sloan rocker with killer guitar hooks. Stacks of edgy vocal harmonies, refreshing, slippery hooks, clever subversive guitar melodies all over the place, all wrapped up in a `could be huge playing in arenas in that alternate musical
