Return Information
If there is a problem with your order, please E-mail bruce@notlamecustomercare.com
with all details; ie. name, order number, error, etc. We will take care
of the problem as soon as possible. Please DO NOT send multiple E-mails
to multiple addresses, only one message is needed. Not Lame will accept
returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase. If a return is
necessary, Not Lame will pay for shipping only if an item is damaged,
defective, or we made a mistake; small surface scratches or marks DO
NOT constitute damaged or defective items.
