While the production is simple and straightforward, Collideascope pull of an infectious display of taut guitar chords, crashing rhythms and bonhomie-ish, sing-a-long gathering of vocals amongst band members. "Catch 22" reminds me of some of the power pop bands that used to appear on the compilations from Bomp Records in the late 70s, while "Domino" is tune you can tell lights fire in a live setting. "Hero" sounds like a pure pop version of a song from Richard Hell & The Void Oids`, which a quirky guitar line that chops and dices up a dancing melody.
