Jellyfish Fans - The Good News Just Keeps Coming!!

First, in 2006, Roger Joseph Manning, Jr. released his first solo album in Japan. Second, came news of a US deal that will see his “Solid State Warrior” for sale in the U.S. at the end of 2006 with, at least at the present, 3 trax added on (and 3 from the Japanese version taken off). Third, came the new single-disc best-of release from Jellyfish entitled “Best”.

Now? Well, there’s *more* new J-fish related music to get your heart and ears around!

1. Imperial Drag - 34 unreleased songs, plus 5 more recently unearthed songs exclusive to Not Lame 2. Sextus - this is ex-Jellyfish guitarist Eric Dover’s band, 12 songs 3. Umajets - ex-Jellyfish bass player Tim Smith’s late 90’s band, 27 songs

Well, read on. Start drooling. But all these songs are available only as Weed files. There are no physical CD’s available of these bands - anywhere. Sorry, but that is just the way it is. The music lives here, though. Below. Not Lame and Weed are proud and very excited to bring this music out of the closets, out of the artists’ shoe-boxes, out of oblivion and let it live.

Dramatic? Well, no actually. This music has languished for years without coming out on CD, but here and now, in moments, you can take it all to check out for nothing. 39 songs. If you dig ‘em, buy ‘em. If not, well, you know what they are and what they sound like! Read on.

Let’s Talk Music.

Better. Let’s LISTEN To Music!

Imperial Drag, Roger Manning and Eric Dover’s mid 90’s post-Jellyfish band released a classic album in 1995. That was pretty much ignored. Fans knew better. Imperial Drag was the ‘shoulda been’ huge band, in may ways because they took the pop perfection of Jellyfish and melded it with a 70’s classic rock riff alchemy to create insanely memorable songs.

Here’s the news, though. Bsides that album, Imperial Drag had, literally, tons and tons of unreleased studio recordings. 34 of which have been available on weedshare.com as Weed files for the last 9 months! Now, Not
Lame gives Jellyfish/Imperial Drag/Roger Manning fans something more. In conjunction with Weed, Not Lame has five totally unreleased songs available exclusively through Not Lame!

Yup. These five songs are only available here.

That is 39 unreleased Imperial Drag songs total.

These are available, though, *only* as a downloads.

And only available through our exclusive Not Lame links below.

But what about those *other* 34 Imperial Drag demos? Well, remember, with Weed files you can just take these songs. Right now. I’m serious. Listen to them from beginning to end. You don’t have to buy them at all unless you think they totally rawk and are worth it.

Remember, too, with Weed the artist sets the price and half the proceeds of each songs’ sale flow directly to the artist. You want to help these artists in a meaningful manner? Well, here you go!

Oh yeah. Those other 34 Imperial Drag songs! Click here to download all, yes *all*, 34 songs!

Ever hear of Umajets? No?! Holy Cow! You are going to freak, J-fish fan! Umajets was the mid/late 90’s project of ex-Jellyfisher Tim Smith along with Rob Aldridge, that is one of those classic long lost, well, classics! Really.

So there you go. Life is good. So good.

Jellyfish made two studio albums. But a 4 CD box set called “Fan Club” of unreleased material from the band came out on a little label called Not Lame. The artists moved on. Got busy and, most importantly, made great music, a lot of which is here listed above.

Dig in. Download for free, check it out and you decide where it fits with making life that much better!
